Ashish Agarwal

Ashish Agarwal is a Chartered Accountant and a Law graduate by professional qualification
Ashish has more than a decade of experience in the field of Audit, Direct Tax, Indirect Tax, Mergers & Acquisition, FEMA, ESOP implementation and taxation, pre and post transaction advisory and compliance, cross border investment, inbound and outbound expatriate taxation, advisory services on routine business transactions to optimize tax benefits, undertook financial and tax due diligence from both buy side and sell side, undertook statutory and Internal Audit of various entities in versatile sectors (viz., Manufacturing, IT/ITeS, Trading and various other service sectors), Concurrent audit of Banks and drafting & representation service before Tax officers and Appellate authorities He is also associated with Big-5 consulting firms to help them in delivering services to the clients

Kartik Thota

Kartik Thota is an experienced professional and is actively involved in providing tax and regulatory advisory services.
He is specialized in the field of Direct Tax, Indirect Tax, Corporate Law, Statutory and Internal audits of public sector and private sector companies, Banks, firms etc. and exhibits his expertise and quality deliverables in conducting various kinds of Audits and leading audit teams efficiently to deliver the best quality to clients. His details to facts and figures ensure preventing and mitigating high risk matters to clients that he is engaging with.
He also prepares Project/ Feasibility Reports for individuals and entities on need basis (i.e., New investment/ expansion of business/ availing loans/ claiming incentives, etc..). Kartik is also engaged with many NGOs to help them in serving the society and the needy.

Rajdeep Gottipalli

Rajdeep Gottipalli is a Chartered Accountant and has worked with the Deloitte and KPMG in the past. Whilst working at the Big 4, he has dealt with prestigious clients, both in India and the US.
He brings in immense knowledge in Statutory and Internal Audits of entities across a plethora of sectors pertaining to entities having multinational presence. He has also advised several companies in creating efficient structures for deals and business development from tax and regulatory perspective including successfully executing them.
Rajdeep also has hands-on experience in dealing with clients listed on the stock exchange in advising them and creating viable structures for mobilization of funds.
Also, he has been a part of Deal Advisory and involved in assisting various entities to effect successful deals, mergers and acquisitions.

Raghav Agarwal

Raghav is a Chartered Accountant by profession and carries a decade of experience in transaction advisory. He is also experienced in the financial planning and corporate tax consulting space. He was previously associated with Big-4 and was part of deals advisory practice.
He has experience on major aspects around strategic investments, deal advisory structuring/ implementation, M&A, India entry strategies, outbound investment strategies, settlement agreements, jointventures, stock-linked incentives, general corporate, taxation and foreign exchange laws. His experience also includes advising various founder led companies in fundraises and exits by founders as well as financial investors. He has handled corporate and commercial transactions involving domestic and international clients engaged in financial services, information technology, pharma, real estate, ecommerce sectors and start-ups.

Naveen Agarwal

Naveen Agarwal is a Chartered Accountant, Certified Public Accountant (USA), and Executive MBA, with over 2 decades of diversified experience in finance and accounts.
Naveen has held senior leadership roles with renowned multinationals such as Tesco, HSBC, and Broadridge, managing financial planning & analysis, US GAAP/IFRS reporting, taxation, audits, and due diligence. His expertise also covers IPO readiness, acquisitions, post-merger integrations, and international taxation. He is well-versed with BI tools like Tableau and ERP systems such as Oracle and SAP, combining technical proficiency with strategic financial insight. Naveen is recognized for his ability to simplify complex reporting and deliver actionable insights to senior leadership.

Lokesh Agarwal

Lokesh Agarwal is a qualified Company Secretary and Law graduate with around 13 years of experience in corporate laws, FEMA, SEBI regulations, and governance advisory.
His expertise spans corporate due diligence, fund raising, transaction advisory, corporate restructuring, and foreign investments under both approval and automatic routes. He has extensive experience in handling regulatory matters with ROC, MCA, RBI, SEBI, and Stock Exchanges.
Lokesh has successfully led multiple projects involving capital raising, acquisitions, corporate compliance management, secretarial audits, and buy-back of securities. He has also advised on ESOP implementation, listing compliance, and SEBI LODR, Insider Trading, and Takeover Regulations. In addition, he has worked on drafting and vetting complex legal agreements and provided IPR protection services relating to trademarks and copyrights.
